This place was very kid friendly and caring. They had a lot of toys that the kids can play with in the waiting room. Staff is super friendly

My daughter took my granddaughter there. She's 6. We found out her enamel is bad(genetic). We paid $250 for an appt. They said she needed surgery to remove teeth. Then never returned a call to say they don't take her insurance. That was almost a year ago. She lost her Medicaid. Now she has been up two nights in a row crying because her teeth hurt and we can't help her. Knowing her teeth were that bad, you'd think they could do some charity work or give her a payment plan. Not just leave her to suffer. Nothing is worse than a toothache and hers hurt so bad.

I would not recommend this dentist. We started going there about a year ago, and I've had several things that made me feel like I was not a valued patient. They are as follows: 1. After our initial visit, we were asked to pay the full amount even though we have insurance. It was several hundred dollars. After our insurance paid, it was not automatically refunded. It took months to get my money back, and it required me calling the office to get it returned. 2. I took my son to his second appointment and the dentist wasn't there! The hygienist cleaned his teeth and said the dentist would call us if she saw something on our xray. The hygienist was nice, but I was blown away. I have NEVER been to a dental appointment where I didn't see the dentist. I feel like this practice is unethical and probably illegal. I wonder what my insurance company would say about that. I doubt they would be happy to pay for a dental visit where we didn't see the dentist. 3. We have owed them $3 since our last visit. I have gotten many texts, voice recordings, and letters threatening to send it to collections. Why can't I just pay them at our next appointment? That's how I've done it with all dentists I

Truth a year ago

My son is on the spectrum, so we get very nervous anytime we have to switch doctors. It’s sad how hard it is to find professionals that can accommodate their patient’s needs. My 8yo had an appt. with Dr. Laura McAuley today. She & her assistant were very thorough & explained everything to my son & I during the visit, which quieted his anxieties. They offered several helpful tips that I can’t wait to implement as well. We’ve officially found our dentist! My boy did fantastic & he was very excited to join the cavity-free club. Thank y’all for being so accommodating & kind & for the helpful tips. I highly recommend Dr. Laura & her team. This office was also very clean & welcoming.

Highly recommended! All the staff were very friendly and totally knew how to engage with kids and make them feel comfortable. Major props to Miss Debbie for masterfully entertaining my 2, 4 and 6 year old while we got everything taken care of. Excellent bedside manner and efficient front office systems including text reminders/confirmation and online patient check-in paperwork. The entire building is very cheerful and happy, from the moment you get out of your car... Cute yard decor welcomes the kids and a giant connect four game is on the patio for kids to play with. Blocks and play kitchen in the waiting room, and friendly colorful paint throughout. And the adorable balloon arrangements are always a hit with my kids. This dentist knows her audience and totally gears every detail of her practice for them. She even have my 2 year old an adorable board book about teeth to welcome him for his first appointment here. The only challenge with this practice is that you have to schedule pretty far in advance usually. Everyone knows this is the best practice, I guess!
